Fixed duration, fixed price, a clear result

Strategic guidance on the path to AI

We help companies and software vendors bring AI into their processes and products in a way that makes strategic, regulatory and commercial sense. Consulting is orientation, not development by the hour.

Starting point

Which track fits when?

Consulting is the right start as long as direction and sequence are still open. If the direction is already set, one of the other three routes is faster.

Consulting

Clarity before the first line of code

When direction, risks and sequence are still open. Fixed duration, fixed price, a result ready to hand on.

Integrations

AI inside an existing product

When it is clear what needs to be built and it has to go into production, together with the product team.

Build it yourself on our base

When an in-house team develops and all that is missing underneath is the process and knowledge layer.

A vertical product, together

When domain knowledge or market access is already there and it should turn into a product.

Advisory formats

Consulting for productive AI

Every format has a fixed duration and a fixed price. They are cut so that decisions, roadmaps and actionable next steps come out at the end, not a slide deck.

AI roadmap

2–3 weeks

For companies with many ideas and little sequence

We map the existing processes and products, collect the possible use cases and rank them. What comes out is not a list of ideas but an order with reasons attached.

Deliverables

  • Use-case inventory along existing processes and products
  • Assessment by value, data situation, risk and feasibility
  • Prioritised roadmap with the first pilot cut out
  • A basis for the budget decision

EU AI Act & governance

2–3 weeks

For teams facing an audit, a sign-off or a tender

We clarify which plans fall into which risk class and produce the documentation that has to exist before anyone asks for it.

Deliverables

  • Risk classification per use case
  • Governance model with roles and responsibilities
  • Requirements for transparency, documentation and human oversight
  • Template for audit and decision records

AI architecture strategy

1–2 weeks

For teams with an existing or planned architecture

We check whether the architecture carries productive operation: data flows, tenants, permissions, hosting and traceability. Including the question of what should be built in-house and what shouldn't.

Deliverables

  • Review of data flows, tenants and permissions
  • Assessment of the hosting model and audit trails
  • An architecture note ready to hand on
  • A call on build, buy or partner integration

AI product strategy

2 weeks

For software vendors with a product of their own

Which AI features genuinely create product value, how do they embed, and which operating model carries them in production? From the feature cut to the way out of the prototype.

Deliverables

  • Feature cut for AI capabilities with real product value
  • Embedding into the interface and existing workflows
  • An operating model that fits day-to-day operation
  • The path from prototype to productive feature

How we work

Three steps to a basis for deciding

Advisory work here is not an open-ended process but a sequence with a fixed end. Every step produces something to carry on with, with or without us.

  1. 01Week 1

    Discovery

Conversations with the people who work with the systems every day, plus a look into data, processes and the existing architecture. We want to see where the effort actually accumulates.

    What exists afterwards

A solid picture of processes, data situation and system landscape, including the places where it jams today.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Assessment

Every use case is ranked by value, data situation, risk and feasibility. Where preparatory work is needed first, we name it along with its cost instead of deferring it to a later phase.

    What exists afterwards

Ranked use cases with a sequence, named preparatory work and an honest read on what isn't worth doing.

  3. 03Week 2

    Handover

Report, prioritised measures and a basis for deciding, in a form that works internally. We walk through the material together rather than just sending it over.

    What exists afterwards

A package ready to put in front of management, the team or another provider, without us in the room.

Cleared up front

What clients want to know first

What does an engagement cost?
Every format has a fixed duration and a fixed price. What will be on the table at the end is clear up front. We don't bill by the hour.
How is Consulting different from Integrations?
Consulting creates clarity about direction, risks and sequence. Integrations then takes the results into production. Each can be commissioned on its own.
Does the delivery have to be commissioned from Nalune?
No. Consulting ends with the handover. Whether it continues with us, with an in-house team or with another partner is a free choice.
Does the EU AI Act apply to us at all?
The risk classification settles that. Many projects fall into low risk classes. What matters is having documented it before someone asks.

Where should AI start?

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether strategy, integration or a concrete platform pilot should come first.
